What to expect once your freight order has shipped:
• You will receive a phone call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery time, so it is extremely important that the contact phone number on your order is valid. You must set up a delivery time in order to receive the canvas. A missed call will result in possible delays. Delays due to the carrier's inability to reach you may result in the accrual of storage fees.
• When your canvas is delivered, the driver will unload the crated canvas(es) from the truck for front door delivery. Unless otherwise noted and paid for on your delivery, the driver will only provide front door delivery. If you need any of the additional services such as inside delivery, please let us know immediately. There may be additional costs associated with inside delivery.
• Upon delivery, if there is any noticeable damage due to delivery and handling, please refuse the package and contact us for a replacement.

Inside Delivery- The carrier will bring the item into your home or building
White Glove Service- The carrier will unpack the item from the crate(s), bring it into your home or suite, and remove packaging debris
Pup Truck- A shorter truck will be used to complete delivery
