Follow the link provided to you in the details of your voucher order. You will be prompted to enter your voucher’s redemption code and then you will be guided through the process of customizing your item and completing the checkout process.
If you purchased a voucher for multiple items, you must place all items on the same order. If you purchased multiple vouchers, each voucher code must be placed on a separate order.
We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer when you redeem your voucher for the best experience in order to utilize our customization tools.

Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers. We can only accept one promotional code per order.
We would be happy to apply the paid value of your expired voucher toward a new order. You can also apply an onsite promotional code along with your expired voucher to get the best pricing.
Since our ordering system can only accept one code per order, we will have to apply your expired voucher after your order is placed.
Please complete your order using the best onsite promotional code. Then, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your expired voucher redemption codes and your order number. Once we verify the value of your expired code, we will promptly apply it toward your order.
